I've Been Featured on Business Week

As you may know, my day time gig is as Owner and President of eSeMBe, a consultancy firm that specializes in recommending and implementing technology for small businesses.

A couple of weeks ago I was approached by a writer from Business Week to be interviewed for a piece they were putting together. The topic was bootstrapping businesses and the free or low cost tools they could use to keep costs low.

Working with Emily was a great experience and overall, I am very pleased with how the piece turned out. This is a tremendous bit of exposure for me and for eSeMBe and I just couldn't be more thrilled with the opportunity to share my expertise with the Business Week audience.

Grats! since graduating college I've gotten 2 friends into mainstream publications, but I've yet to be quoted :p

I say my tool pay4bugs is pretty great for small businesses too. We're a small business ourselves and it works great debugging our own stuff.

Thanks Phil - TechFires was a great concept and a great stepping stone in to the writing I do today.

Nope, in fact I let the domain lapse. It was fun while it lasted but I've not yet been re-envisioned for a new blog concept, not yet anyway. I'm thinking of doing what you've done and pick a topic that I'm passionate about and write on it. Might do one on motorcycling if I get a spin I like. The more obvious is to do one in the tech arena but the stuff I'm most deeply involved in at work just isn't the kind of stuff I like writing about exactly.
